I’m really excited to announce that “Top Chef” ~ Season 6 contestant; Robin Leventhal will be in the La Maison kitchen on June 22nd.  The class will be limited to 14 so register soon. 

April brings the anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic and another spectacular cooking class is planned recreating the first class passengers menu.

 We have just purchased knife sharpening equipment.  You can bring your knives with you to class and they will be sharpened while you are enjoying your class.  Knives up to 5″ = $3.00 each , Above 5″ = $5.00 each.
